Multi-Day Hike 

Multi-Day hikes involve camping at least one night in the backcountry and are recommended for more experienced hikers. Food, water, proper outdoor gear, hiking boots and extra clothing are essential. 

The following trail is suitable for more aggressive hikers who wish to explore deeper into Waterton’s backcountry.  Before setting out into the backcountry, check with Tamarack Outdoor Outfitters for hiker shuttle information and current trail conditions
 Backcountry fees are in effect in Waterton Lakes National Park. Visit Parks Canada-Waterton for detailed information to help you plan and reserve backcountry sites.
